Our Philosophy

Our aim and intention is quite clear and simple, to provide the highest level of proactive humanistic services in our many homes or out in the community. Along with individual assessments and tailored programmes and structures to meet the specific needs of people today, to improve and enhance their quality of life.

We are committed to quality and excellence and have management systems in place that ensure that we deliver a quality service consistently, the high quality of our internal management systems has been recognised and received the ISO 9001/2008 award. We encourage feedback from residents and their representatives about the services provided, and endeavour to provide an environment that is open, honest and caring.

We believe in treating all service users as individuals. All of our service users have the right to privacy and independence, and a right to have their cultural, religious and emotional needs accepted and respected.

Having been established for over 20 years Carlton Care Group provides the highest quality care in elderly residential homes, autistic services, mental health services, EMI nursing care, learning disability services and domiciliary care across West Yorkshire.

You will find that our services are diverse, but each service we provide specialises in its own field. We truly believe that any service must specialise and reflect the need of only one client base in order to achieve positive and meaningful outcomes with our service users.

All of the services provided by Carlton Care Group have achieved a minimum of a ‘good’ rating from the care quality commission (CQC).
